Our Aims & Objectives |
|
| |
Our Aims |
Who's it for... |
|
| |
• |
|
Provide support to businesses to
access high level technical information
on advanced waste treatment
technologies. |
|
The module is suitable for any business or
individual who needs to make informed
decisions on waste solutions and offset
business costs, whilst decreasing the
environmental impact of their waste
production. Consultants who want to
develop their theoretical and educational
base would also benefit. |
|
| |
• |
|
Support businesses in the creation of new
commercial activities, which centre
around sustainable waste treatment and
management. |
|
|
| |
• |
|
Help Wales achieve its long-term waste
minimisation and resource recovery
goals. |
Piloting the project |
|
| |
This initial pilot of training is FREE to eligible
Welsh SMEs, and their staff, who wish to
participate in this exciting new module.
Each of the four main subject areas may
be studied separately, as stand-alone units.
There is no obligation at this pilot stage to
complete the module. |
| |
• |
|
Establish a world class, education-based
consortium, which will contribute to
curriculum development in waste
treatment technologies in Wales and the
international market. |
